About the position:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will manage client relationships and develop plans that address both short and long-term goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify new opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage technical relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and service expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value through products and services.
- Collaborate with customers' technical leads, ensuring their needs are met.
- Liaise between the customer's and TGS support resources.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to address tickets, escalations, and projects.
- Monitor key performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience, (Helpdesk or MSP)
- Preferred 2 years of IT account management experience.
- Knowledge of technology alignment or pre-sales.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of customers and work independently.
Required/Preferred Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent IT-related experience.
