We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Technology Consultants across multiple Florida markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, recruiting top sales talent, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

What You'll Do
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Technology Consultants across multiple Florida territories.
- Establish clear performance expectations, sales goals, and activity metrics.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
- Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales performance to ensure goals are achieved.
- Drive accountability through KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management.
- Create and execute territory growth strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Support the team in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Assist with strategic prospecting, key account development, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with sales representatives on complex opportunities and high-value client presentations.
- Develop and implement initiatives that increase market penetration across all assigned territories.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Recruiting & Talent Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
- Develop individualized coaching plans that strengthen sales skills and career growth.
- Facilitate ongoing sales training focused on prospecting, consultative selling, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture centered on continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Service, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation initiatives, campaigns, and market awareness efforts.
- Ensure seamless handoff and implementation of sold solutions.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
- 5 years of sales leadership or sales management experience.
- Experience managing outside and inside sales teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Proven experience recruiting, building, and developing high-performing sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Florida territories as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office technology, copier/printer sales, managed print services, telecommunications, IT services, SaaS, or related technology industries.
- Experience selling or managing teams selling technology solutions with recurring revenue models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
