What Will You Be Doing?
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to build and deploy intelligent AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will have experience developing AI-powered applications, integrating enterprise systems, and automating business workflows through AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs and AI Agent frameworks.
• Build and integrate MCP servers and clients to connect AI agents with enterprise tools and systems.
• Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database solutions.
• Build and manage multi-agent workflows and orchestration systems.
• Optimize prompts, agent performance, response quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
• 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent architectures.
• Experience building AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications such as CRM,ERP, or HR systems.
Education
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
