Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Backbone
Schedule meetings, organize stakeholder calls, and maintain updated records of all agency interactions and deliverables.
- Communication Support
Draft and circulate status reports, reminders, and routine updates, ensuring stakeholders receive consistent, accurate information.
- Data & Documentation
Keep an organized record of communications, feedback, and resolutions, offering quick reference and transparency to both internal and external teams.
- Process Enhancement
Identify and suggest ways to streamline communication and tracking processes, improving overall responsiveness to agency partners.
Value to the Organization
