Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Hialeah, FL, with some opportunities to work from home. The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies and training efforts to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Sales Management and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Capability to provide Training and onboarding support to team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and related technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Audiovisual, Broadcast, or Entertainment industries is an advantage
