DevOps Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Devops Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure PaaS services, SaaS platforms, and DevOps practices, enabling seamless cloud adoption and automation.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Architecture & Design
• Develop cloud migration strategies for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Architect solutions using Azure PaaS services (AKS, App Services, LogicApps, ADF, KeyVault, API Management).
• Integrate SaaS platforms (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint).
• DevOps & Automation
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible.
• Security & Compliance
• Apply best practices for networking security (Private Endpoints, VNET integration).
• Manage identity and access via Azure AD and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams for migrations and troubleshooting.
• Document architecture blueprints and operational processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• 5 years in DevOps (CI/CD, Terraform).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Expertise in cloud security and networking.

• good experience maintaining/running Flask and FastAPI based Python APIs and backend systems.

• Proven experience with Azure VM, PaaS, and SaaS services.

• Hands-on expertise in cross-tenant Azure migrations.

• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate administration and migration.

• Experience with Terraform deployments for infrastructure automation.

• Familiarity with Azure CLI, PowerShell, and automation tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Azure certifications (preferred)

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Experience: min 8 yrs relevant experience in overall Azure

• specifically managing PaaS services (IaaS is good to have but not helpful for this position)

• DevOps - min 5 yrs

• Infra pipelines using Terraform

• Code Pipelines (eg: .net, java, python. Any stack is fine )

• Data Pipelines (Azure Data Factory)

• SQL Pipelines

• DACPAC

• BACPAC

• PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dataverse
