:This role will serve as the primary technical and analytical expert for the COMStat program. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining core data structure, developing data pipelines, leading advanced analytical work, and supporting the creation of dashboards, reports, and open data products

• reDesign, implement, and maintain the data architecture that supports COMStat dashboards, performance management, and analytic product
• s.Write complex and efficient SQL queries aligned with Teradata architecture and enterprise performance need
• s.Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and structure internal and external dataset
• s.Integrate data from multiple systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and external sources to create comprehensive, analysis-ready dataset

Required Qualificati

• onsBachelor’s degree or relevant education, training or equivalent professional experience in data science, computer science, information systems, statistics, engineering, or a related fie
• ld.5 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering, including designing and managing data pipelines, data models, and enterprise data environmen
• ts.Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience optimizing complex queries in Teradata or comparable MPP databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuer
• y).Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data integration tools or workflow orchestration platfor
• ms.Experience integrating data from APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems into analysis-ready datase
