SAP Test Lead with Tricentis Experience

We’re looking for a hands-on Testing Lead to own the end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for our SAP S/4HANA implementations. You’ll drive quality by leveraging Tricentis tools (qTest, Vera), collaborating closely with functional teams, and delivering on time against demanding release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

·      Maintain the overall SAP S/4HANA test strategy and roadmap.

·      Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test data across functional, regression, performance, and integration scenarios, in coordination with SI and other teams.

·      Implement and administer Tricentis qTest (test management), Vera (data virtualization), and NeoLoad (performance testing).

·      Coordinate test execution: assign tasks, monitor progress, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders.

·      Initiate requirements for the regression test suite for automated testing.

·      Drive continuous improvement: introduce best practices, test accelerators, and metrics (test coverage, defect leakage, execution velocity).

·      Facilitate test readiness reviews, risk assessments, and gating decisions with project leadership.

·      Act as the primary test liaison: partner with SAP functional leads, test automation development team, infrastructure, business owners, and third-party vendors (System Integration Partners).

·      Lead GxP-compliant testing and validation activities, ensuring end-to-end traceability, regulatory compliance, and audit-ready documentation.

·      Mentor and grow a small team of QA analysts/coordinators and specialists.

Must-Have Qualifications

·      6 years’ experience in SAP testing with at least 2 full lifecycles of S/4HANA (or ECC → S/4HANA migrations).

·      Proven hands-on expertise with: Tricentis qTest (test management & reporting)
