Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to oversee and maintain quality processes throughout the entire manufacturing and production lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, supplier quality, inspection methodologies, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality processes across all stages of the production lifecycle.
- Evaluate suppliers and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Develop and implement inspection methods and quality control procedures.
- Manage nonconformance issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address quality-related concerns.
- Participate in internal, external, and supplier audits.
- Train and guide staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze measurement systems, statistical data, and technical reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of measurement systems and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience managing nonconformances and corrective actions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
- Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes.
