  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and program management teams to ensure timely processing and distribution of documents

  • Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems to support reporting and audit readiness

  • Support implementation and enforcement of document control procedures, standards, and naming conventions

  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements

  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to document status, outstanding items, and workflow performance

  • Train and support junior staff or project team members on document control processes and systems

  • Serve as a key point of contact for document related coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8 years of experience in document control within heavy civil, infrastructure, or large scale construction environments

  • Strong experience managing documentation across complex, multi contract programs with high volume workflows

  • Proficiency with document management systems such as Aconex, eBuilder, SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms

  • Deep understanding of document control processes including submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and revision tracking

  • Experience working within structured program environments with strict compliance and audit requirements

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

  • Experience supporting projects involving major transportation agencies such as the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, or similar entities is highly preferred

  • Ability to work onsite in New Jersey and support a highly collaborative, fast paced project environment
