What are the responsibilities and job description for the Refurbishment Technician position at Techno Rescue?
Refurbishment Technicians will be in a warehouse lab / storage environment and are responsible for testing, basic repairs, and reporting of all IT equipment we process:
- Testing of PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, servers, network equipment and any other equipment that needs to be tested.
- Record and Document ALL equipment into Company Controlled Asset Management System(s) with all specifications and notes on functionality and cosmetics of the equipment.
- Sorting / Organizing / Storing any equipment or item pending recycling / refurbishment / to be sold on proper pallet locations with labels as appropriate.
- The ability to perform other duties as necessary as business needs evolve while in a flexible, fast paced environment.
- Keep Work Areas Clean and Organized at all times.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Good PC skills with Windows / MacOS / Linux
- Microsoft Office
- Apple product experience
Competency Checks and Tests will be administered as a contingency of employment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
