The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with experience in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliance, and will provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.

About The Role
Techno is assembling seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with experience in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliance, and will provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Prepare and oversee accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and FAR regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and coordinate audits and tax filings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and government contracting offices as required.
- Mentor and lead finance and accounting staff to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
- Partner with leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Proven experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliance and government contracting required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
