Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Software Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our mission-critical IIS-hosted applications. In this role, you will act as the technical authority, bridging complex business requirements with secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, security, and scalability of enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural discussions to analyze technical requirements and design scalable, performance-efficient applications optimized for IIS deployment
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical designs, components, and specifications for development teams
- Evaluate, recommend, and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for both front-end and back-end solutions
- Establish and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and rigorous code reviews across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Design and engineer systems with a strong focus on database optimization, performance tuning, and caching strategies to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure all application architectures strictly adhere to ADPH security standards and enterprise security requirements
- Serve as the technical liaison between software developers, project managers, business analysts, and customers to ensure successful and timely project delivery
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in converting complex business requirements into well-structured technical architectures
