- Senior-level experience, given the need to support governance operations, intake and prioritization, and the repeatable processes
- 5 years in program coordination or governance operations, data management, business operations or related enterprise support
- Experience working across IT and business stakeholders
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Coordinate pilot implementation across programs
- Support governance intake workflows and follow-up actions
- Track checklist compliance, onboarding progress and standards adoption.
- Support modernization projects with embedded Data Governance guidance
- Maintain documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and action items tracking.
- Coordinate with data stewards, business teams, IT and project stakeholders.
- 5-10 years' experience with program coordination, governance operations, data management, or business operations.
- Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred skills that stand out on resume
- Experience with Health and Human Services, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting modernization, reporting, data governance, or standards related initiatives.
- 5 years experience with program coordination, governance operations, data management, or business operations.
- Experience coordinating pilot implementation across programs
