We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service sales rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer driven sales requests in a friendly, competent manner. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing & maintaining relationships with new and current customers, quoting & estimating, following up on open proposals, resolving customer issues and working with shop technicians to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales or customer service roles a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
