TECHNIQUE MANUFACTURING INC. is a small business in Hutchinson, KS. We are custom millwork company that strives to provide a quality product, for our commerical customers. We have been in business for nearly 30 years and strive to have a fun and productive work place! We are a small team of 8-10 guys that make a quallity product together. We have updated different aspects of our manufacturing processes and needing to bring on a new face.

Duties:
- Perform various tasks such as machining, problem solving, spraying, cutting, loading, and assembly.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools to complete all tasks efficiently and effectively, while prioitizing safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safety around machines and equipment
- Cleanliness is a must to keep a safe working area.
- Learning the many different skills needed for millwork and custom woodworking.
Requirements:
-**DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED**
- Previous experience in the industry or as a builder is preferred.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Ability to read and understand measurements, fractions, decimals and metric measurements as well.
- Strong knowledge and skills in various woodworking tasks such as routing, repairs, machining, and carpentry.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
- All requirements can be waived or looked at per individual. Will train highly motivated people from scratch, if this is a true passion.
- Pay is earned by experience, motivation, and dedication to the job and company.
