We are seeking an experienced, engaging instructor to lead a new infant and caregiver movement program for babies ages 12 weeks to crawling. Classes focus on gentle movement, stretching, and early physical development in a gymnastics setting, while also creating a welcoming space for caregivers to connect and feel supported. This is a guided, instructor-led role working with both infants and adults.
About Technique Gymnastics
For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports.

Position Overview
We are hiring a caring, dependable professional to lead our infant movement and parent community program for babies ages 12 weeks to crawling. This role blends gentle movement instruction with parent support in a calm, welcoming environment separate from our main gym.
What You'll Do
- Lead small-group classes for infants and caregivers in a calm, engaging, and organized environment
- Guide caregivers through safe movement, stretching, and basic infant massage techniques
- Introduce early movement concepts using simple, playful language connected to gymnastics
- Create a positive, inclusive space where caregivers feel comfortable asking questions and connecting
- Help maintain the infant program space, including organization and shared community areas
- Support occasional guest speakers or special parent-focused sessions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality experience in every class
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with with infants (0-12 months) in a professional setting (required)
- Background in early childhood education, child development, physical therapy, fitness, or a related field strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading groups and speaking with caregivers
- Warm, calm, and confident presence
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Schedule and Pay
- Part-time, weekday mornings
- Approximately 3-8 hours per week to start
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Opportunities for additional hours as the program grows
