Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML model development, MLOps, Model Governance, and Snowflake, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills. Experience in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models including forecasting and predictive analytics models.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade MLOps frameworks.
- Establish and implement Model Governance frameworks.
- Develop AI/ML solutions using Snowflake as the primary data platform.
- Provide strategic AI/ML consulting and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Lead AI/ML initiatives and mentor onshore/offshore engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production ready.
Required Skills:
- Experience developing and training AI/ML models.
- Hands-on experience implementing MLOps frameworks.

- Strong experience with Snowflake.
