Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence to support enterprise-scale reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing interactive dashboards, developing enterprise reports, optimizing SQL queries, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions. Experience in the Financial Services domain, particularly Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc reporting solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating closely with business users and stakeholders.
- Develop scalable data models using Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Create and optimize complex DAX calculations and measures.
- Build Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries against SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Support enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Work with Databricks to integrate and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Analyze reporting requirements and recommend optimal BI solutions.
- Manage report development throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while delivering high-quality reporting solutions in fast-paced environments.
