Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects, including implementations, change initiatives, and business transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users.
- Candidates with direct EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) implementation experience are preferred; however, candidates with strong COTS implementations, enterprise-wide projects, and Change Management experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Manage enterprise-level projects impacting 1K 5K users across business and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Drive project execution while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead communication, status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage organizational change activities to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Support implementation of enterprise applications and COTS solutions.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
- Experience delivering projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users
- Strong Change Management experience
- Experience managing enterprise-wide implementations and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems implementation
- Knowledge of EHS processes, platforms, or compliance-related applications
- Chemical industry experience
- Experience managing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) implementations
- Experience with large enterprise application rollouts
