Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects, including implementations, change initiatives, and business transformation programs.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users.
• Candidates with direct EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) implementation experience are preferred; however, candidates with strong COTS implementations, enterprise-wide projects, and Change Management experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Manage enterprise-level projects impacting 1K 5K users across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Drive project execution while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead communication, status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage organizational change activities to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support implementation of enterprise applications and COTS solutions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
• Experience delivering projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users
• Strong Change Management experience
• Experience managing enterprise-wide implementations and transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems implementation
• Knowledge of EHS processes, platforms, or compliance-related applications
• Chemical industry experience
• Experience managing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) implementations
• Experience with large enterprise application rollouts
