Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI agent solutions using Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock. The ideal candidate will lead AI automation initiatives, define product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and build scalable Agentic AI applications that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock.

·       Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

·       Design scalable AI agent architectures and automation workflows for enterprise use cases.

·       Develop intelligent AI applications using Python, SQL, and data processing libraries such as Pandas.

·       Build, integrate, and optimize AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud AI services.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

·       Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

·       Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, security, and deployment.

·       Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and performance.

·       Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

·       Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

·       Strong experience developing AI agents using:

·       Azure AI Foundry

·       AWS Bedrock

·       Experience designing AI automation workflows and enterprise AI solutions.

·       Python

·       SQL

·       Pandas

·       Experience with cloud-native application development on Azure and/or AWS.

·       Understanding of AI agent orchestration, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI automation concepts.

·       Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·       Familiarity with Agile testing processes and software quality best practices.

·       Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with multi-agent architecture and AI orchestration frameworks.

·       Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.

·       Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

·       Experience mentoring or leading software engineering teams.

·       Azure or AWS cloud certifications are a plus.
