In this role, you will be working as a Project Architect for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management, construction administration and design on commerical and industrial projects.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work on-site.
Pay; 85,000-110,000/Yr.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 7 years of experience in a project architect/job captain role
- RA preferred
- Revit experience
- Experience with commercial and industrial projects
- Structural knowledge of concrete and steel etc. preferred.
- Responsible for coming up with initial designs, putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
