Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Intern to support our facilities operations across the Americas. The intern will assist with occupancy reporting, procedures documentation, assets tracking, and various ad hoc projects to ensure efficient facility management and operational excellence. The position is part time (15-20 hours a week)

Facilities Intern
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Intern to support our facilities operations across the Americas. The intern will assist with occupancy reporting, procedures documentation, assets tracking, and various ad hoc projects to ensure efficient facility management and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling and analyzing occupancy data and preparing regular occupancy reports and Power BI reports for the Americas region.
- Support the documentation and updating of facilities procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Help maintain and improve assets tracking systems, ensuring accurate inventory and asset management.
- Collaborate with facilities team members on daily operations and process improvements.
- Provide support for facilities-related projects, including space planning, maintenance coordination, and vendor communications.
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support overall facilities management.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to facility operations.
- Experience with asset management or reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of facilities management processes.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in facilities or operations.
- Power BI skills Preferred
