Technicon Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This position offers flexible work hours and is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, letters, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist with project documentation, filing, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between internal staff and external clients.
- Support the preparation and distribution of proposals, reports, and other client-facing materials.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and assist with general office organization.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the engineering and consulting teams.
What You Will Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.
