What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Crib Attendant position at Technical Works Specialized Staffing?
Tool Crib Attendant – Temp to HireSchedule – Mondays to Fridays -- 6:00am – 2:30pm (1/2 hour lunch) Tool Crib functions: Under moderate supervision – provides over-the-counter customer services to employees needing tooling, parts and/or supplies; maintains stock of tools and small parts.o Keeps tool crib inventory records including inventory of mold components and CTI productso Receives incoming orders for new parts and tooling and organizes the tool cribo Experience in inventory management/control relating to mechanical parts/toolingo Good understanding of math – decimals, fractions and metric systemo Mechanical ability - understanding how machines and tools work and able to read blueprints. Other requirements:· Good computer skills – knows MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook· Able to operate forklift and cranes· Can lift up to 60 lbs Since this is a temp to hire position – we prefer a candidate who is looking for long term employment and not someone who is looking for a stop-over.
