The Role
Technical Video Inc. is looking Freelancer / Part-time Technicians to work on our live event and rental operations.
What You’ll Do
- Working on Audio, Video equipment & Cameras, from loading equipment, setting up equipment, operating equipment on events to striking equipment.
- Hands-on Support: This role includes working in the field as a technician when needed.
- Client Relations: Sometimes you will act as the primary point of contact on-site, providing top-tier customer service and expert troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: You must have a background in live events. You understand the "show must go on" mentality.
- Logistics Mindset: Strong organizational skills with experience in project management or resource scheduling.
- Technical Familiarity: You know your way around sound reinforcement, video switchers, cameras, lighting, etc.
- Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to lift/move heavy equipment are essential.
- Flexibility: Live events don't always happen 9-to-5. You’re available for nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town travel.
