Technical Program Manager – Battery Management Systems (BMS)Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, flexible schedule) Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the delivery and optimization of a Gen1 Battery Management System (BMS) product. This individual will serve as the operational and technical glue between Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering teams—ensuring alignment, tracking execution, and enabling technical leads to focus on design excellence and system optimization.This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate brings deep product design and manufacturing experience (preferably in EV or battery systems), understands engineering processes, and can translate complex technical work into concise executive-level reporting.Why This Role MattersThe Gen1 product is already in market transition, with ongoing design optimization underway. Technical leads are stretched, and cross-functional coordination—especially in a hybrid environment—has been challenging.
