Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is seeking a Turnaround Scheduler in Washington, West Virginia This is a contract position with one of the largest EPC firms in the country.
Job Description
- The Turnaround Scheduler utilizes the scheduling tool to create, optimize, record and report on Turnaround execution schedules
- Provides accurate and realistic assessment of Turnaround activities priority, resource loading, manpower. Receives inputs from applicable stakeholders to understand priority
- Identifies potential schedule risks, risk mitigation and improvement opportunities through his/her analysis of the Turnaround schedule, as well as project construction schedules provided by project contractors which are integrated into a Master turnaround schedule
The TA Scheduler is accountable for:
- Schedule accuracy and usability
- Integration with key project and operations tasks that affect turnaround timing
- Timely updates that meet the daily schedule needs during the execution phase.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial plant turnarounds is required
- MS Project or Primavera 6Microsoft Office
- Good communication & documentation of work products are essential
