Job Description:
Expertise in the M365 cloud platform by implementing, managing, and optimizing M365 solutions across various organizational environments, including hands-on knowledge of core M365 tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, Copilot, Teams, AvePoint Interfaces, as well as experience with migrations, security, and governance practices. As the job tasks are cross-functional, all positions will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of M365 related projects and activities.
- Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 Priority 4).
- Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance within a tenant.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.
- Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements.
- Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration.
- Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.
- Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.
- Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain.
- Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing.
- Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely.
- Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures.
- Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365team.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 years experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365)Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
- Establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
