Title: Help Desk SupportLocation: Washington, DCWorking Hours: Operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through SaturdaySalary: Commensurate with experience.Job Description:Strong technical and communication skills, including proficiency with software and hardware, troubleshooting, and excellent written/verbal communication. Ability to identify and resolve issues, both technical and those identified through survey data.Ability to manage a workload that may include multiple support tickets and survey-related tasks.Capability to handle different tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.Prior to a helpline going live, all operators must attend training session(s) to outline the purpose and rationale of the survey, the process for dealing with calls, and a run-through of common questions.
