How will you make an impact?

The Validation Engineer is responsible for the development and execution of customer validation protocols and associated documentation. The Validation Engineer is also responsible for understanding the importance of their position and performance as it pertains to the overall reputation, achievement of goals, and overall stability of the company.

What will you do?

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop documentation for CQV activities
• Write and execute validation protocols
• Develop validation plans, protocols, and summary reports

How will you get here?

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years’ experience in validation in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and/or Medical Device industry
• Previous experience and understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision with effective time management and prioritization skills
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task to achieve high completion rate of assigned duties
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
