Job Description
- Perform needs assessments, strategic learning assessments, and other studies to focus learning needs and form the basis for curriculum development.
- Design and develop training plans including learning objectives, course outlines, case studies, measurement tools, study materials, on-line or presentation content, learning resources, job aids and other materials to support adult learning in highly technical areas.
- Develop training roadmaps and course maps for face-to-face, web-conference and e-learning.
- Research subject matter and interview subject matter experts to extract content that will be used from initial course design, development and delivery to include post-delivery evaluation.
- Provide on-going assistance and support to instructors and trainers.
- Advanced writing and editing skills.
- Excellent oral communication, presentation/training and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in planning, organizing and self-management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting deadlines and standards.
- Precise, thorough, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet searches.
- Knowledge of Clinical Research a plus.
- This is a hybrid position with 2 days in TRI's Bethesda, Maryland office, and 3 days working remotely.
