Position Function:
The Mechanical Engineering Internship will be working within the Development Engineering team and reporting to the Director of Engineering. The intern will work closely with a cross functional team within the facility to help realize the end goals of the project. There is great opportunity for exposure within a small business manufacturing facility and to gain some hands-on experience in a niche market.
Requirements
· Design and develop manufacturing improvements to standard production units.
· Detail, tolerance and create 2D drawings from 3D SolidWorks design file.
· Sit in and participate in internal design reviews.
