Industrial Hygienist

This is a contract, on-site Industrial Hygienist role located in Augusta, GA. The Industrial Hygienist will monitor and improve air quality, ensure compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and support occupational health initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting hazard assessments, overseeing air quality testing, evaluating workplace environments, and providing recommendations to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and uphold environmental and health standards.

• Expertise in Indoor Air Quality and Air Quality management
• Strong knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards
• Experience in Environmental Health and Occupational Health practices
• Proficiency in conducting hazard assessments and implementing mitigation measures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation of safety practices
