Job Title: RF Calibration Technician
Location: Pompano, FL
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 40-50 hrs/week
Pay rate: $30-$35/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician with a focus on RF calibration. This position requires demonstrated knowledge in RF, K3, K4, or AC/DC metrology, and the calibration of RF test equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, and other related equipment).
- Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards.
- Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise
All calibration is performed in accordance with NIST traceable standards and A2LA accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven calibration work experience
- DOD, PMEL, or Military calibration background preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
