Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Mechanical and Electrical Calibration Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of critical measurement instruments used by our clients. . You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate electrical test equipment (AC/DC, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Frequency Counters, and Frequency Generators, etc)
- Calibrate RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, etc).
- Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards.
- Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience in electrical, temperature, torque, and physical dimensional calibration.
- Preferred: DOD, PMEL, or military calibration background
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident status required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
