Title: (OTS) Temperature/ Mechanical Calibration Technician
Location: White, GA (in-person)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Pay rate: $25-30 /hr (based on experience)

With multiple full-service labs across the U.S., TMI specializes in providing on-site calibrations, clean room certifications, and custom solutions.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Temperature/ Mechanical Calibration Technician to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills. This position will be in our client’s location full time as an Onsite Technical Service (OTS).
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate test equipment (Thermometers, temp baths/chambers, Thermocouples, precision RTDs/PRTs, data loggers, calipers, micrometers, gages, etc)
- Maintain NIST-traceable, A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Generate detailed calibration reports and certificates
- Troubleshoot and maintain calibration equipment
- Collaborate on improving calibration procedures
- Support audits with technical expertise
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in temperature and mechanical calibration (temperature, mechanical, etc)
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in high-heat environments.
- Preferred: DOD, PMEL, or military calibration background
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident status required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
