Compliance Test Engineer NEBS & Regulatory Certification
Support product certification and compliance testing activities for optical networking equipment. This role focuses on executing and supporting NEBS, ETSI, regulatory, and product safety testing to ensure products meet industry standards and global market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and support NEBS compliance testing (GR-1089-CORE, GR-63-CORE)
Perform regulatory evaluations for North American and international markets (CE, CSA, ETSI)
Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports
Set up, monitor, and maintain test equipment during compliance testing
Collect, analyze, and document test data and results
Identify, troubleshoot, and document non-conformances during testing
Collaborate with design engineering teams to resolve compliance issues
Ensure testing aligns with applicable industry standards and certification requirements
Support day-to-day lab operations
Deliver accurate and timely test reports

GR-1089-CORE Electromagnetic Compatibility & Electrical Safety
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing
Electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS), including ESD and EFT
Electrical safety and grounding
Lightning surge and power fault protection
