What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Mission Trainer (Team Lead) position at Technica Corporation?
Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Mission Trainer (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.
- Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
- Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
- Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
Requirements:
- Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in related or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience.
- 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training in the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.
- 5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
