The Intern will support the Process Engineering department by assisting with projects, collaborating with team members, and contributing to process improvements. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to engineering and manufacturing best practices. The Intern will work closely with stakeholders, participate in meetings, and help maintain documentation and records.

  • Assist with assigned projects and daily tasks under the guidance of the department manager or supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to process, product, or operational improvements.
  • Help prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Completion of at least sophomore year coursework.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
