Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled RF Optimization Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson LTE networks. This role focuses on network performance analysis and tuning, requiring onsite collaboration with engineering teams in Austin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse LTE KPIs and resolve issues related to coverage, handovers, and interference.
- Conduct drive test analysis and implement parameter tuning using ENM, TEMS, and Actix.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support optimization and network improvements.
- Prepare reports and insights to support continuous network enhancement.
Requirements:
- 8 years of RF Optimization experience, including 2 years on Ericsson LTE.
- Proficient with tools such as ENM, TEMS, and Actix.
- Strong understanding of LTE air interface, call flow, and KPI tuning.
- Full-time onsite availability in Austin, Dallas, or surrounding areas in Texas, USA.
