This company manufactures electronic devices used by contract manufacturers and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) companies in a wide range of industries. Their power systems are innovative technology used underwater, on land, and in the air.
Job Overview
You will operate surface mount machines and related equipment, report on equipment downtime or malfunction.
You’ll be responsible for utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and test equipment, as well as cross-training in multiple assembly work centers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those experienced in PCB, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing, especially in environments focused on Lean, ISO standards, and high-volume production.
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, teamwork skills, and computer literacy are essential, along with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Prior experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

- IPC Solder Certification IPC 610 a plus.
- Excellent communication and team work skills.
- Computer Literacy.
- Previous experience in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in an ISO environment.
