About the Role:
We’re hiring a full-time ServiceNow Developer/Engineer to join a fast-growing ServiceNow
Partner building a modern, high-performing delivery team. This role is hands-on, technical,
and CMDB-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building scalable
solutions, and working closely with senior architects. This is a hybrid role in Chandler, AZ
— candidates must either be local or willing to relocate.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, configure, and enhance CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions.
- Develop workflows, scripts, API integrations, and automations across the Now Platform.
- Configure CI classes, relationship models, identification rules, and reconciliation rules.
- Build integrations via REST/SOAP, JDBC, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Servers.
- Improve ITSM/ITOM/ITAM processes and ensure alignment with data accuracy & platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot CMDB data issues, platform performance, and integration failures.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work in Agile sprints: planning, demos, retrospectives.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and design specifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience.
- Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, CI relationships, and Service Mapping.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM modules.
- Familiarity with MID Servers, integration protocols (REST/SOAP), and platform security.
- Ability to create technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
- Experience working in Agile teams
