Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with personal lines clients
- Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across various lines including home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, and bonds
- Assess individual client needs and match them with appropriate insurance solutions
- Handle renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and ensure up-to-date client documentation
- Cross-sell additional insurance products based on client needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Use the Nexsure agency management system daily to manage workflows and accounts
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve policy or service issues

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
- 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Familiarity with Nexsure agency management system is required
- Additional system experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
