Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create and improve mechanical equipment designs using AutoCAD and Inventor. You will help solve design problems, support manufacturing operations, and ensure all drawings meet company standards.
Responsibilities
- Create mechanical equipment designs and layouts using AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Prepare detailed drawings, part lists, equipment specifications, and build packages.
- Modify existing designs to reduce costs and improve equipment performance.
- Resolve design issues, equipment interferences, and process-related challenges.
- Update drawings and documentation as needed.
- Create sketches and marked-up drawings to support projects.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
