Job Overview:
We are looking for an Aggregate Foreman to lead a small team at sand, gravel, and limestone production plants.in Ohio (Upper Sandusky, Columbus, and Fredericktown).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of equipment operators (approximately 4 people)
- Supervise daily plant operations (crushing, screening, grading, material handling)
- Lead and support a team of equipment operators
- Ensure safe operations following MSHA safety standards
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and operational issues
- Communicate production and safety updates to plant management
Requirements:
- Experience as a foreman or team lead in aggregate/mining/heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of plant operations and equipment
- Familiarity with MSHA regulations preferred
- Leadership and communication skills
