Role Description
This full-time, on-site Benchsales Recruiter role is based in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The recruiter will manage relationships with bench consultants and identify placement opportunities through various channels. Responsibilities include marketing bench consultants on relevant projects, building relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring timely placements, and negotiating rates. Additional tasks include keeping up-to-date records of consultants available on the bench, maintaining a database of recruitment agencies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with client needs and company standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Benchsales recruiting, including marketing bench consultants and negotiating client/vendor contracts
- Strong skills in relationship management and building connections with clients, partners, and vendor networks
- Experience with staffing processes, IT talent solutions, and understanding of a wide range of IT technologies
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, specifically for negotiating and managing correspondence
- Ability to work on-site in McKinney, TX and meet project placement deadlines effectively
- Proven ability to multitask, collaborate across teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience in IT staffing operations or a related industry preferred
