Acquisitions and Merger Specialist experience
Very good communication skills with Program/Project Manager and ability to understand who the Stakeholder are and communicate with them
Ability to understand the Technical aspects of the projects and make presentations
Not looking for someone with Change Management, but someone that can organize with the A&M teams
They need some that can “hit the ground running”
The top contenders seem to have a consulting background and is a plus especially if they come from the Big 4 like EY, Deloitte, PWC.
This is within the Information Security Group, with a heavy emphasis on Acquisitions and how Client is integrating new systems.
