Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Bing, and other digital platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve results.
- Monitor website and campaign analytics while providing regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Partner with internal marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or retail markets is a plus.
- Salary: $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience
