Location: Loudon, TN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Loudon, TN. This role involves moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, handling paper rolls, and assisting production teams. This is an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Operate box or bale clamp lift trucks to move materials.
• Use pole trucks to transport paper rolls within the warehouse.
• Operate overhead cranes to load and unload paper rolls onto and off production machines.
• Assist production teams with housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Lift, push, or pull materials weighing over 50 pounds as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift or mobile equipment experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials, including items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights.
• Must be available to work every other weekend, depending on the assigned schedule.

Work Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Includes every other weekend based on the assigned crew schedule.
• Work hours are generally 6:00 to 6:00 unless otherwise directed.
